Amberness’s pedigree

Amberness is such a correct doeling.  She was 5th place at the MN State Fair and shown in a large class of 14 kids at the fall Bluff Country show where she was 2 x 1st, 1 x RCH, 1 x GCH.  She has excellent combo of dairy and strength, correct feet and legs, a wide and level rump.  She recycled after Invictus left so was bred to Side Hustle for some line breeding on Lord Wimsey and Arugula.  We loved her breeding so much, we have repeated the breeding of Ampersand to Arul.

We retained the last two kids of Akebono as we decided to no longer breed her after this year and two years of kidding troubles.  With three sisters who have milked over 3000 lbs, two finished sisters and two that appraised Excellent, she has the pedigree and maternal sisters that we expect to see a lovely mammary once she freshens.  Being a late kid and only have intermediate kids this year, she wasn’t shown this fall. She was bred to Invictus  and is due mid March.
